✨Service 2.0 Update - Feedback Thread✨

Hello,
I believe I am affected by a Service 2.0 rollout issue.

After reorganizing my city, all utilities stopped working correctly:
power, water, sewage and waste are not reaching residential buildings,
even though roads are connected and total production is sufficient.

Because of this, my population dropped from over 400,000 to about 12,000.
I rebuilt the city multiple times and tried moving utilities and roads,
but the issue persists.

This does not seem like a layout problem but a service network desync
or map tile issue related to the Services 2.0 rollout.
