Does it say anywhere when the sort-of, kind-of-sometimes, partially, but not really a grace period ends?

I'm really just checking in here and there to find out if there is a timeline for rolling back the Abandoned Cities/Currency Drainer 2.0 patch, or if we're just going to continue to pretend that it's fine and EA is moving forward with it. 

For lack of more information, I'm just hanging in to see if this dumpster fire gets reversed or not and quitting otherwise. Because I really can't and don't want to continue in the current state; the game is unplayable. I'm tired of this buggy inconsistency, every time I login I see something different, I need water, now water is fine, now I need water again, now I need more fire, now fire is balanced, now one fire station is overloaded while the one next to it is way under cap, my population is up, now it's down, now it's up again, now it's down again for some reason, and I simply have no idea what's going on or how to manage any of it.

Not to mention the dozens of Omega and regular service buildings that I was not compensated for that are all just level 1, entire regions that will be abandoned because I can't upgrade their services, no idea why all of my existing buildings we're just bumped to max level by default, makes ZERO sense (the whole patch is senseless). And even then, I'm not really interested in redesigning every region because the new services are not ever able to cover my existing layout. Just a really disgraceful patch overall, I really don't see any upside to it. 

Like how would any new player even get started under these circumstances? Constantly upgrading service buildings, no idea if it's going to cover your layout or not. Wanting to build houses and can't because need mass currency to upgrade fire/law/med/water/elec/sewer/waste/region/drones/ctrl net. Making too many buildings and not knowing if your fire/law/med will cover them once they are maxed out and once all the properties are fully upgraded. Makes my head hurt even considering it.
