Community ManagerAfter many emails backwards and forwards with the helpdesk, I have decided to delete this game and will not be returning. They have upgraded to a new version and it is disgraceful. I have wasted all of my SIM coins/money and my Sims are unhappy due to my inability to meet the excessive services requirements that are now in place. The only way I could possibly achieve anything is to put a lot of my own dollars into buying SIM coins/ money. Shame on you for being so money hungry.
Sad to say it EA....but i agree....service 2.0 is a disaster.
