Another day of silence from EA

Why ask for feedback only to ignore your customer base? 

When will a response be forthcoming? 

Still never? 

What's the point I guess, you only completely nuked people's cities and tried to force them to pay for things they already purchased while patronizing them telling them this was an 'improvement' 

Where's the response to the overwhelmingly negative feedback?
