If you upgrade the services (power, water, waste, etc), will you need less utilities buildings? Fewer utilities buildings when at higher levels?

Customer service is terrible
I have a ticket with customer service and got a response that is supposedly a human but this is how well it’s going so far. 🙄. I don’t expect anything to improve

Abandoned Buildings in Need of Renovation
I think that the developers should change the look of buildings in need of renovation to make them look decrepit. I would almost consider paying for that upgrade.

Unable to purchase Premium+ via EA Store?
I can get to the purchase page with the button to proceed with the purchase ... but the button doesn't do anything. Anyone else having the same issue? Using Chrome on Android.
