Are you able to adjust your screen resolution on your device? If so, try that.
of course I tried that but the devices hardware limitations do affect the zoom out. my other device barely runs the game at all so it doesn't surprise me that it can't zoom out.
- @qlolly44 My suggestion was not specifically aimed at you - I was sending it to the original poster and anyone else who may have the same problem and possibly not as tech savvy or the time to fiddle around with various other settings.
