Can I bulldoze my Departments?
I want to gain some space and I have all the landmarks, gambling, and education buildings I want. Can I destroy the Department buildings without any ill effects?

Some you can and some you cant. Education yes, transportation no as it is a requirement to build heliports.Entertainment is no, Gambling is yes, as long as you have a luxurious casino and want to build any more luxurious towers. Landmark is a no. Of course if you dont want to build anymore items the you could delete them all.
