Cant add friends, can’t receive friends requests

Cant add friends, when I send someone friend request it shows waiting for response but they don’t get the friends reques To accept, and vice versa when the send me the friend request does not comes in my game. Raised support ticket and they suggested me to wait for 7 days and let expire that request and send request again after that and I did same but same issue again and again. I tried few friends but same issue with them all. Only I am getting this error and problem
