When I attempt to enter SimCity BuildIt, I get a notification that says, "Hello Mayor! Something truly epic awaits! To gain access to new building, connect to the internet and restart the game to download missing content!"
I am connected to the internet. There are no Updates. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and the Notification is still there.
How do I get back into my City?

I'm connecting from wifi, my home router. I'm always connected, so not sure why it says to connect to the internet.
i see on one of my attempts to connect that it said it was updating while it loaded, but then I ended up with the same notification again.

Do you have the ability to check mobile data to see if it behaves any differently? I'd like to see if there's a difference there.
