Cant play Simcity Buildit with cellular data on phone

Hello,

I am playing it on my Ipad and my Iphone. But when I want you use my cellular data in my phone it says that “you are not connected to internet”. I cant use my cellular data to play it on my phone. Can you help why I am having this issue?
