CHEATING TEAM

I have reported a team in Arena 6 that is a hacking team 3 times. EA has done nothing about it.  It is frustrating our team because we have played them now 2 times in this week and for those who have been playing for years they say they have never played the same team that they know of much less the same team in a week  (it was this team, a legitimate team and then this team again so it was not in succession).  There city names are 2 different names with numbers after them and divided in half so 13  of 1 name and 12 of the other.  The top half shields our entire team within a half hour then the bottom team will instantly shield a member who comes out of the shield.  This went on with our first war for over 24 hours so that is how I am certain there is a programming hack going on.  I don't know how to get EA to look into this.  My team is getting weary of playing this team and we are now afraid of going to war again fearing we will be up against this fake team once again.
