City storage decreased second time spontaniously

Hi, I have thsi issue for a second time. My city storage spontaniously decreases with 20. From being able to store 150 items, I now can only store 130 items. And this happens for the second time. ...

During a Mayor's Pass season you will acquire temporary additional storage. At the end of each season this expires.

Last season has just ended, and a new one started today. Any temporary storage you had previously will have been removed.
