CoM points BUG
I am not gaining any CoM points (green plumbobs) towards my CoM rank at all. They're adding in when I look at my clubs scores, and I'm also on the leadership board, they're showing there, however im stuck at the CoM level 50, not gaining anything.
Ive reached out to customer support and their response was, "ya that sucks, you should post this on the EA forum. Maybe an expert will see it"..
Ive provided screenshot and videos to them, and they said they see the issue on the recording but can't recreate the problem on their end.
I wanted to share THEY ACTUALLY "fixed" it! So thank you EA_Lanna if this was you, we need more people like you ;)
They randomly messaged me back a few days ago, after they initially said it required this platform to officially be resolved.
Their response initially was that I needed to earn an additional 11,000ish points, basically saying it because my counter that was somehow behind.
I achieved that, and it still wasn't fixed. They then came back saying..oops..we meant another 200,000 ..lol. ugh! Okay..I'll play along and see if it works..
And!! I'm finally increasing in points again!
I dont watch every single point..but I find that to be a little suspicious, but not enough to care.. not sure these points are worth anything anymore, besides showing how long youve played maybe. So as far as I'm concerned, I got a free 400 simcash for hassles and the problems in the past.
