CoM points BUG

Question

I am not gaining any CoM points (green plumbobs) towards my CoM rank at all. They're adding in when I look at my clubs scores, and I'm also on the leadership board, they're showing there, however im stuck at the CoM level 50, not gaining anything.

Ive reached out to customer support and their response was, "ya that sucks, you should post this on the EA forum. Maybe an expert will see it"..

Ive provided screenshot and videos to them, and they said they see the issue on the recording but can't recreate the problem on their end.

They say the bugs have to be reported here. Before that, they said to report it in-game. The in-game help says to report it to the EA help, or to post it here.&nbsp;This is exhausting...&nbsp;&nbsp;
