Crashing

Hi there, I have this problem, I played the game for an awful long time and then one day an update came out (a long time ago too). And after that update it just won't play. The game turns on, logs in, loads a saved city and for a minute or so the game runs and then it crashes, no error message. Do you know what to do? In offline mode it runs without crashing for me. I was wondering if maybe it's the phone. And a week ago I bought a new one (not because of the game but the old one has already expired 😅) and unfortunately the game still crashes. Thanks for the advice.
