Daily Reward

When I click on the new gift button that comes up in the area where the pig pops up. It takes me to the EA SimCity build it store. Has click for daily rewards 15 dollars. I click it & it says go back to game to claim  I click the SimCity at the top left & go back to game. It’s not there. I didn’t receive reward.
