Context: I have 70 storage but today when I logged in and tried to claim the materials I had left last night it wouldn’t let me claim them. I started to sell stuff even thought I had space currently I have 83/70 storage and it still doesn’t let me claim the items. Please helppp I really enjoy this game😫😫😫
You need to either expand storage or sell items to get below your limit of 70.
This likely happened due to the end of the previous Mayor's Pass. Temporary storage rewards expire, and any unclaimed items from last season go into your storage. So your capacity goes down and the items you have goes up at the same time.
I have same problem… without mayor pass my max capacity was minimum 240… with pass 260… im Now 175 and I don’t understand why
