How to sue the Game Designer
In the beginning we could contact with a help service from options in the game and they answered to our mail. Then they changed it for a kind of automatic bot that answers nothing. And lately I've tried to contact the help service but I think there isn't any yet. Clicking on the links only leads to the help informations or to this forums. A few months later this forum had moderators. I don't know if they where from EA or advanced players. They sometimes answered questions or gave informations. But I don't see anyone managing here. I think EA has given it all to automatic control and has cut every possible contact to players. It's a faithful reflection of what they have done in the game, too...
