It’s the new update from ea they have completely changed the format of the services required. Making it extremely hard to recover your city without having to demolish buildings. And of course their intentions is forcing people to spend real money. Many players have quit the game. Dont spend your hard earned money on a bunch of scammers who only care about taking your money amd becoming rich because of it
