@r1oman666 I believe other players have been going through a similar situation, too. I often get Beach and Mountain expansion tasks, but no land expansion. Unless you need the locked area, I'd suggest holding off for a little more to see how COM treats you. Hopefully, if the task does come back, it will be gone once you unlock the land fully.
