Game Crashing and Freezing
I have been Sim City for years and lately it has been crashing a lot. I spend a lot of time and real money on this game for it to keep crashing. Is there a way to fix this issue? They are many things...

We haven't forgotten about this and are very aware that game freezing and crashing is an issue for some players. I relay feedback shared from the forums up and the team looking into it have been working on a fix. There isn't an ETA I can offer or any updates that I can share just yet. Until I have more information, news on this will be sparse but I'll do my best to keep the community in the loop.
