After paying for about 30 minutes, the game freezes with spiraling circle and forces me to restart game. This has been an ongoing problem for me. Much of the time it come back and states connection issue. The issue got much worse after the train expansion update several months ago.
You can easily rule out the internet issue by trying to play your game over a different internet connection.
Vernissa is quite right about there being an iOS issue. It is well documented and has never been corrected by EA. It has been a major problem across all iOS devices since 2023. The update where they added trains was when it all went wrong and EA has ignored the issue ever since.
I’m not sure if it is a IOS issue or internet provider issue. I doubt that all IOS users are having this issue. I use Spectrum and have very little confidence in there systems.
Same here except I only have to stop for 2 minutes. I have reported this so many times but nothing is ever done. I am really fed up with constantly having to restart the game. It is an iOS problem that EA have no one competent to resolve the issue.
