Latest app update (and still not fixed in the very latest one either) has broken my game, whenever I go to move services, buildings, upgrade roads, place anything, I get this weird pink glitchy screen which freezes the game and I have to force close each time. I can’t move anything around my city anymore as a result.
Not had this problem before, same device I was using since before the update. iPad Pro running iPad OS 26.
I’m here solely to report this bug for developers to fix, not for customer service. Please refrain from the “have you tried closing it” stuff. I have tried everything: reinstalling, closing all apps etc. and my device is not modded and I have the game from the official App Store. it is not a problem from my side. It is since the recent updates. Paying player since 2017.

Yep and I’ve discovered it only happens when I move omega buildings around, especially from close to the mountain and only started today

I have the same issue. It’s made the game almost unplayable.
Having the same prom leg cannot lay or change any roads even like this for three updates ; regions is fine it only effects my main city . I think they may be pushing out way more features than this app can handle. I cannot do the city planning at all now or even lay new roads
Just one of a number of bugs that have appeared in the last year. Error 17, game keeps closing, among so many others. Yet, EA insists on fixing stuff that ain’t broken and that just causes more problems.
Unable to play the game for the last 6 months. As soon as I add a city, the screen fills with pink pixels and game freezes. I re-install every month hoping for a fix. I've stop making in-game purchases for all digital assets across all my games. Never know when it becomes unplayable in late game.
