Had replacement iPhone and now my SimCity is gone, never connected to facebook

Hi,

I just had a replacement iphone and my Sim City is gone, i never connected to Facebook with it so i can't restore that way. I can give EA the city name, but I really want it back I'm not starting from 0 again I've spent a lot of time on this and have 133000 people.

I know once when I logged in and it said it didn't save correctly, do I want to "use the last save or Restore from Cloud?"...... so somewhere on the net a copy of my city exists, how can I restore from this?

I completed the tutorial and then connected to facebook but it did it as if it was the first time, and just linked my friends to this new empty city, not my original one. Same for Game Center, they both just link to the city after the tutorial that i made today, neither get me to my previous city and no other options are present.

    I do not know if this would help but found my Samsung had saved my city. Can you check your device itself under setting?

    Hi @simonpitt,

    Do you have a second account maybe? 

    It's impossible to restore content that was only saved locally (You'll find more information about that here: offline mode). 

    The only way to get your city back would be to log into your old device, log into Facebook to upload the data and then log into the new device.

    Your iPhone Game Centre ID must be the same ID you used for you previous iPhone, if it is you just need to go to: Settings > Login with Game Centre and it should ask you to choose your original city from cloud.
