I know others have this problem, when will you fix it?

If its a bug, report to the hepldesk, here only users can help others. I dont see the problem though,left below youcan choose between factory items and the rest, if thats what you mean?

It is annoying, but we can still make it work.  EA will hopefully have it fixed with new release next season,

I have the same problem. It is the resolution from a ipad pro i think. 

You need a glasses? Where is the picto next to the factoty items?
