In-game "Contact Us" feature stuck on loading

Hi everyone, Recently, I encountered a technical bug with the Mayor’s Contest Wheel. This glitch caused my account to be flagged incorrectly, and I’ve been placed in the "Isolator Server" (banned?)....

    Hi all,

    Changing the system default language to English may fix the in-game custom service issue.

Could you elaborate a bit more on what you mean by 'no response'? Do you mean the button isn't responding? Or that you were able to use the chat window to submit your ticket after clicking the 'Contact Us' option, but you haven't yet gotten a reply from the support team?
