In game purchase glitch

I'm not able to purchase anything either, including simcash, nor the piggy banks in regions.

I'll be able to share the relevant steps for your app store once I know a bit more. Can you share what device and OS you're playing from?  In the meantime could you also check if the app store needs updating and potentially the SCBI game app too? BEFORE UPDATING please make sure your game has been backed up and that you have a log of your Player ID...just in case. I'll share the links for both below:

I’m having the same issue. Sent a message to tech support this morning and still no reply.

I’m playing on iOS. The game will not let me select and purchase. My app is updated.
