Issues with Design Contest

It has happened the same to me in two consecutive dessigns this last season. I complained to the help service and they ignored me. I sent those two completely finished cities ten minutes before the limit time, but when the game returned to capital city the dessign message showed something like "don't close the game while the dessign is being uploaded" instead of the message "this is your uploaded dessign", and the uploading button was grey coloured and inactive. It remained like that for ten minutes and then it said it could not be uploaded. I got totally desperated for it, after working on it for hours. And the problem is EA servers, which are overwhelmed by so many players and the tons of rubbish stuff they have implemented in the game. It happens continously, that the game disconnects and is unable to open market, COM window or train options. I know it's not my connection because everything works on my tablet except this game. But EA doesn't care. They simply answer sending you to the help pages for connection issues or telling you to uninstall and reinstall the game. And when you do that the help chat is erased so it's a perfect way for them to solve the problem. This game is full of bugs and it has only become a continous shop where you can buy dozens of items or offers at the same time, for money quantities that go further your month budget for food, transport or household. This is not a game any more. This is not funny any more. It's a non paid job where you must work twelve hours a day for nothing. We are losing our health here. It makes no sense.
