The only other one I can think of is "The One Percent"... Its the tall angular glass tower with the sloped roof

A building must have coverage from at least two different specializations when it upgrades to top tier (the +1.8k population upgrade) for it to become one of the super-skyscrapers listed. Your existing top-tier buildings cannot become super-skyscrapers (aside from bulldozing and rebuilding).

I have a question...
Recently I surpassed 150,000 people and I got the message that sims will build bigger buildings when they have awesome services...something to that effect.
I built a new building and it did infact become Wilson Tower. My question is, are only new buildings able to become named skyscrapers? In other words, do I have to demolish and rebuild existing towers if I want them to become skyscrapers?
