Am facing an issue - whenever i try to open “mayor’s pass” specialisation, the game crashes. Am not able to use any buildings under the category! Am facing this from last season(Malaysia season starting)
Is there any mayor facing the same issue? Can you guys help me in troubleshooting this ?
Are you on a phone, ipad or tablet? Update the game and if that doesn’t work go to settings, offload and reinstall. Make sure you have game saved in one of the 4 places , fb, game centre etc if you have delete app then reinstall. Hope that helps you.

Updated to the latest and the issue still permits.

The programming of this game is poorly optimized for iOS devices so until they fix that this issue will remain.
I am using iPhone 17 Max Pro and I could not get into the Mayor’s Club all day yesterday. Finally, at about 1am I checked and was able to go in. The game said there was an “error” each time I tried to to go into in to Mayor’s Club.
