Mobile Loading Bug

Question

Hello everyone, I'm very new here, so sorry if I get some things wrong.

I'm a mobile player of SimCity Build it and have been playing since I got my first iPod! Starting at the anniversary update earlier this year, the game keep repeatedly crashing every time I try to open it. It'll load, play a few seconds of music, and then just... Close. I deleted and redownloaded the app to see if there was something wrong with my account and that doesn't seem to be the case, as it's happening with a blank file. Can anyone help me get the app running again? I really want to play! Thank you

Hi, not sure if this will work, go to your Ap store check for latest update. (Todays date ) update game, open and if that’s doesn’t work go to settings go into ipad storage check that you have enough gigs for the game. Offload Simcity Buildit then reinstall. I hope that works for you otherwise I suggest going to a repair shop.

I don't know if you actually read my post... I'm not an iPad user, nor am I on IOS. It's tagged with Android as I use a Motorola phone. I said that I deleted and redownloaded it several times, and that the big is even happening with a new save file (not logged in). I have enough space on my phone and it's fully updated, and I'm not sure what a repair shop has to do with a bug.
