New building proposal: Maglev Bridge

The omega bridge design is flawed: my major city has Maglev only streets. When I put an omega bridge in there I expect that it's design fits the maglev bridge. However, you can clearly see that the maglev rails end and the design doesn't match the maglev rails at all. Furthermore, the values of the Omega bridge are pretty bad – I actually preferred them over Art University bridges because I thought they would look better which they don't.

Proposed solution: Introduce a new bridge that matches the University Arts Bridge's stats and the Maglev road layout. As the name 'Omega bridge' is already in use, let's call this bridge 'Maglev Bridge'.
