Do you guys know if you can still complete the season pass with this new points cap?

There doesn't seem to be any point buying the Premium pass if the assignments are capped. I've completed 17 tiers and now it's capped until, when? Tuesday? So what's the point? The only benefit now with the Premium pass is temporary storage and an extra slot in the factory. This makes no sense. Oh well, it saves me £8.99 a month I suppose.
The points cap is unfair. The developers assume everyone has the time to evenly distribute points among all weeks. Some of us have very busy weeks and other weeks are free. Right now many school kids are on vacation. Vacation does not last forever. We should have the choice to distribute Mayor’s Pass points according to our free time. I am not able to play actively every week.
It doesn’t seem worth it to me. The rewards are awful We no longer get any gold keys and they keep making things unnecessarily complicated. The only benefit to COM is sim cash and even that is far less than it was in the past.
