Hi @NICtown7 - If your daughter has a child account, she cannot access any of the online options in SBI. In most countries, this age is 13. You can check for your country's age requirements here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/online-access-for-child-accounts/#agerequirements
Unfortunately, no online access also means that there is no saving the city to any online accounts for backup. ☹️
