Please Unlock the 5th region!

There are a great many of us who have been playing this game for years, and one thing SimCity has always encouraged us to do is to design beautiful, original cities—rather than just building for the sake of building, or focusing solely on amassing the highest possible population. For those of us who prioritize quality over quantity (which I believe is the vast majority of us), reaching 10 million residents across four regions is practically impossible. I propose that an alternative way to unlock the fifth region be introduced—one that isn't based solely on population size—such as by using Golden Keys🔑,  Platinum Keys🗝️  or SimCash💶. What do you think? Thanks.
