Railroad goes inside mountainside
My railroad tracks goes inside the mountainside buildings and beyond my city area. Now my trains are not working properly, they are not following the tracks as they should have been before.

Same here. The only way to put the tracks right is to put any mountain buildings you have alongside the track into storage. The instant you put mountain buildings back, they drag the tracks back into them. However while the tracks are back to normal, my trains still avoid them. Very annoying.
