Re: 09/16 Update - Crashing Issues

I am still crashing every time I try to go to the Frosty Fjords region (means I can't access any building/items that are in that region). I've tried it on both an iPad (iPadIOS 18.7) as well as an Android device. I log out of the game on one device and delete the app. Load the app on my other device, log in and it's the same result EVERY TIME. EA Help tells me to do that and look for an update-- but there are no updates. I'm spending more time going back and forth trying to fix this than I am actually playing the game. This may be the last straw for me--this is supposed to be fun, right?
