It's normal that the initial 1 or 2 building plans when design challenge begins can't be rotated at first. Eventually the recreate plans symbol comes. Hopefully still the case anyway
I just tried it. After an hour the New Building Plans button appeared. This seems longer than usual, but you'll eventually be able to skip the rail plans
Thanks for that. I have 5 buildings, 4 of which want railway items to upgrade, and one which has no upgrade hat. There still is no new building plans button though. :-(
Just to complete the issue.... The option for requesting new building plans NEVER appeared, so I was unable to take part in the design challenge.
Thanks a million, EA, for introducing so many bugs into the game. I'm giving up on it until such time as you decide to LISTEN to your PLAYERS, and to REASON. (Melody to 'Until the 12th of Never' comes to mind for reasons unknown.....)
