Game keeps crashing when trying to access services. When I try to open roads, etc this is what I see! Very frustrating. I totally reinstalled the game and did all the suggested fixes to no avail.
They are ignoring it. Apple say the problem lies with the app so EA is at fault. I have tried various things to overcome the problem but it cannot be fixed without EA resolving the problem that clearly lies with the app itself.
I don’t understand why clearing Safari cache should be any issue it a different app either. I know EA say to do it but do not see the connection.
As to whether they monitor the forum, I would say only selectively!
So, is there not a fix and EA is ignoring the issue? 😕 Do they monitor their threads? I can barely play five minutes before a melt down!
I find going into settings, ipad storage offload app reinstall app. Then go to safari, remove all website data. Works ok for me to do it and game runs ok for a few days then repeat
Does anyone know how to fix this?
