Hi @vytas90421, 

Thanks for sharing the device type. There might be a few things in the Android Troubleshooting Guide that you've not yet tried. Could you check through it and see if it helps?

For example:

  1. Clear Cache and Data: Samsung support has a guide here to help with that: How do I clear the cache on my device?
  2. Update the Game and Apps: Check that both the game and the Google Play Store app are updated to the latest versions. An outdated version might be causing some compatibility issues. 
  3. Check for System Updates: Is your device running the latest version of Android updates? Use Samsung's guide to check for and install any available updates: How to check for and schedule software updates on your Samsung Galaxy smartphone
  4. Check Storage Space: Confirm your device has enough free storage space. Updates can sometimes be hefty and low storage can cause apps to crash at times.

The Troubleshooting guide above recommends some additional steps on top of this that'd be good to run through just in case. 

Hoping this helps with the crashing.

    As per previous my comment I said I tried almost everything. No you give the same useless steps which ones I tried before. As I said before I can start new game and game works fine as soon I log in to my main account game start crashing

    @vytas90421 There was a little Samsung One Ui patch made available either yesterday or earlier today.
    Mine was up to date 48 hrs ago if that helps. I'm not entirely sure what was in the patch though but I aim to find out.
    That S24 Ultra thing is a pricey bit of kit to buy, look after it 🤣

    Exactly the same here, none of the recommendations provided had any positive effect. The problem occurs since 1 week. I can build a new city, but as soon as I connect to the existing one via Google account, simcity crashes at start. This is also independent of the tablets.

    This is a screencopy when trying to attempt to start the city with an emulator running android 12. This dialogue just allows to quit. After this, the instance of the game is gone.
    Any idea if this is linked to the underlying problem? The emulated android has full access to the internet.
    Background: The issue happens on different devices and also on the android emulator running under windows 11. All devices and software (app and OS versions) are up-to-date.

    I tried to buy some seasonal currency, which didn’t work, because it still said 15/15, then the game keeps crashing. I made sure there was plenty of memory free but it still does it and I have no idea how to fix it
