Services 2.0 ruined this game. I'm DONE!

I deleted my cities a few weeks back. I'm slowly rediscovering that life exists outside of the games. The latest updates (not app updates, I mean announcements) are completely tone deaf as always. I am not sure why EA even has these forums open. It's as if the players of the game are on one side of a soccer / football stadium and EA staff are on the other. The EA staff clearly can't hear the things players are shouting from the other side of the stadium. I have more productive conversations with the paint on the wall.
