Sim city build it trains not sending out

I’m now rank 10 and now have the sleeper car. I swap all my cars over with each other as I’m getting a lot of rail coins doing this

This "Something went wrong." problem started happening yesterday. A few hours after the problem started, the problem was magically resolved. Perhaps there was a config change by EA that resolved it. Anyhow, all is well now.

I had the same problem with a train that didn't want to dispatch. There was 1 expired assignment (delivery) previously and I chose to not watch the video and after that the problems started, at the mass transit building I refreshed 1 of the deliveries watching a video and my train got unstuck. 

I’m getting same message and I’m rank 8 and yes passengers not cargo are the problem

If you have properties that need repair, repair them. Fixed mine. 

Seems it’s common but not across the board. Error message appears when I try to send some trains. Even after a reset, the same message appears.

Good morning, I have two trains stuck and they're giving me errors. One tells me to load passengers, and the other tells me they're already loaded. The result is that the train won't leave and the message is this: "Si è verificato un problema. Riprova più tardi". Help me. I think there is a bags
