It's not recognising progress when I upgrade Tokyo or London Town zones in the mayoral challenge. I've upgraded about three times and I'm not getting my points. All the other challenges seem to work ...

From what I experienced I had to erect the buildings from scratch (not already built) and then I upgraded each one a level and the requirement was filled.
Great to know that, I will try the same. thanks for sharing. It was driving me crazy trying to figure out what they mean.t

I laugh (now) - I had a challenge about a year ago where I had to make animal feed so I ran it overnight and collected the feed with 2 minutes left in the Megalopolis level contest (not season) and knew I had won...until I collected my 3rd place prize - lost 2k simcash for not selecting the task...it’s ok if you laugh, took me 6 months of therapy to get over it (just kidding...I a’int over it) 🙂
