Help! My mayor contest has frozen!! Last challenge before going up a league, and i was in the lead too :-( Have reloaded the game, still frozen. Any suggestions?

Same thing here, the contest is frozen. I restarted the app even reinstalled it, no luck.
Same!! Still no solution. Do the people in EA Tower read these posts? Just asking in the hope "they" might come up with a solution ...
