For WAY over a week I have had to CONSTANTLY restart my game. Having connection issues with train/com/depot server. Resuming game also fails to load and I have to restart.I have lost out on buying items, completing assignments, and interest in continuing the game.Reinstalling the game does NOT help any of these issues.This is on IOS. Not sure if Android people are having these problems as well.I know you are a small indie company and probably generate less than 100,000 a year on this game...oh wait. Indie companies actually fix their issues and compensate their players for time/issues.Will we see this happen from EA?No ()#(*()$*#@) WAY!

This season’s update has been plagued by connectivity issues. I have to restart the game occasionally when I am trying to use the trains. I don’t think the hardware the game uses was ready for the increased traffic brought on by the new currency offered in this season’s event.At this point EA should be giving a complimentary two tier advance on this season’s Mayor’s pass.New Goodland Mayor’s Office

Its only on ios, but there are more major problems, even chat is not updated, i have morecities in one very active club, so i can see its not updating, i need to restart over 25 times a day

Same problem here since last update. Sitting here watching the balls running around in circles. Really fed up with it.

Okay good to know I am not the only one that has this problem but hope they fix this soon. This has gone on far too long for a company like this to not fix this problem like this in a timely manner.

EA FIX YOUR GAME!! Some of us pay money to play and others are trying hard to stay in the game. The problems with disconnects and not able to log into rewards, wars, etc. is unacceptable! FIX YOUR FIN GAME NOW!

At last, a response from EA. Troubleshooting doesn’t solve the problem. There is obviously an issue with the game on iOS 18.4.1 and 18.5. Please get it solved.

Same issue here, I think. Started acting up 2 updates ago if I recall correctly. Seems to occur when the game has been running for a specific short period of time (maybe 10 minutes or so). See it mostly when going into one of my train depots. The java wheel just spins and spins. If I exit the game and restart, the depot acts fine. Also have seen the issue when trying to go to the assignments area, although when it fails, it times out and presents a message stating something to the effect of 'something went wrong". Very annoying. I use an iPad with the latest iOS. Also to note is that I primarily play the game on an iPad, but sometimes on my iPhone. Since this bigger issue started, it seems the sync from one device to another doesn't always work. I exit out of the game on both devices when done playing.
Does tech support review these pages? Where do they provide feedback/fixes? Thanks all,

Same with me. I’m running iOS 18.5 and still have the juggling balls of death.
This game is no longer fun. Been playing for over 3 years. The constant event with no down time is a PITA. My new iPad gets so hot and drains the battery so fast that this game borders on dangerous.
I’m done with playing a once fun game. Guess I’ll have to find a time passing game that’s actually fun to play.
Nice job EA! You killed it.

Yes, I don't have this issue on my android phone. Several other android users I have talked to have reported no issues as well.
This is definitely an IOS only issue and upgrading IOS or Apple device doesnt help.
I upgraded to an ipad pro 128gb 5th gen and am still having this issue.
I first noticed this issue happening after a new CoM was released. There was no change/update on my ipad when this first started happening.

Nice, i have several androids working fine, i bought a new ipad, the one i had was 6 years old and wont work for long. My old ipad works fine, but my new ipad is hanging when i look asay for 2 minutes and i have to shut down and restart. Its on all ios machines with the latest ios.

I am having the exact same problem. it loads to 100 then shuts down back to my home screen. I have actually been able to play for a minute or 2 at random times of the day and then again, it shuts down. AE is no help. I have tried all their suggestions. I don't think this a problem I can solve I think its a them problem and it makes me mad. I have spent so much money on this **bleep** game.
