Unplayable after last Android update

I updated android this morning and can still get into the game, but below is a screenshot of how it appears:

    Hello all.
    To me, this seems like an app optimization problem. I see no fix other then reinstall/uninstall.

      Ok. So I am judging this as an optimization problem because it seems to me that EA might not have properly coded OREO(8.0) optimization for the Samsung S8. I would like to know is it an US Model or the International Model and is it an Samsung S8 or an Samsung S8 Plus?
