Update bug, first column blocked on Samsung tablet

You have to go to the setting on your tablet not to the ingame setting.

Thanks, although my tablet must be old.  I don't have those options.  

Try follow steps:

Setting 

Apps

Chose Simcity 

Change ASPECT RATIO to 16:9

In my case it has solved this problem
