Quite easy, because Parisian zones have French names, and all require Paris pieces to upgrade them. There's only a few different designs too, triangle, square, L shape.

    Some name examples:

    Julien

    Bathelemy

    Mercier

    Didier

    Blanchet

    Carpentier

    Guillaume

    Bonnet

    Marques

    Lecomte

    Dechamps

    Fleury

    Lambert

You can easily distinguish a building's zone type by its design. Also, you can know if it is Parisian or whatever by tapping in the building and, if you know language, should do the trick.

Heres some common names for the four types of residential zones:

    Residential Zone - Buchanan Tower

    Parisian Zone - Morin Household

London Town Zone - Cooper Estate

Tokyo Town Zone - (sorry, dont have them yet 🙂 )

You know I keep hearing this comment that we can know by the names and the look of the building. But sometimes it's confusing when you look at the Parisian buildings and compare them with the London. It would be nice if EA made a better distinction for us so that we could be able to know how many foreign buildings we have, how many of each kind and what kind.
