What if i want to change city layout?

Buildings can be moved by tapping & holding on any building that you'd like to move for a second or two.  "Edit Mode" activates, allowing you to move the building somewhere else.

As for roads, those have to be bulldozed (via the Roads Editor) and repaved.

I tried the click and drag for my sims 4 and cant figure it out ... im so confused.... theres no edit mode.... i want to be able to make my city how i want with more houses and lots like in sims 2
