Wrong language

I just downloaded and installed on my iPad. It is in the wrong language. How do I change it to English?

I have downloaded the game onto my iPad on two different occaisions. Also downloaded it to my iPhone. I have checked ALL iTunes language/country settings and all are correct for English.

All times I have downloaded this game, it does not do it in English but in Finnish. This is a bug within the game itself. Not with the individual users iTunes settings.

EA needs to fix this.

This is happening on mine too. My settings are English. I'm in the English store. All of my other apps are English. This is an ea problem. Please fix.

Is the written language Finnish or just the spoken language? Sims actually speak their own language Simlish which is not meant to be understood. If the written language is English then its the English version! Cheers and happy building 🙂

  This also happened to me and thought I had a language issue. But written is in English. So I guess they are just speaking Simlish. Just plain simlly (silly). Ha! But in all honesty... Very very annoying!!! Guess EA needed to save some audio money by not having so many voice over talent. :-(

    Sims only speak Simlish in SimCity BuildIt because Simlish is the official language of the Sims. You won't find a Sims game where the Sims talk like you and me. That's part of the core game mechanics and also something the fans love. If EA paid Katty Perry to sing in Simlish, I think they could afford dubbing the game if they really wanted to 😉
    
    You'll find Simlish/English dictionaries online if necessary.
