Can't play SimCity - city won't load, hangs in load screen

Have read multiple forums, spoken with tech support and now here I am. This game is riddled with bugs, and now to top it off, I can't play it at all. The reason for the new post is because I can't p...

I spoke a customer support rep today and she had advised that I try the simcity recovery procedure;

Unfortunately it did not work for me. As requested by the rep I am posting to say that the recovery DID NOT work for me and I am still unable to load my city. It is still stuck in the "Now Entering" or also known as the  reticulating spleens screen.
